Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BlazeRail collects, how it is used and kept, and the rights you hold over it. The short version follows; the full text governs.

What we collect. Account details you give us (name, email), API keys you create, billing records, and per-request usage metadata: the model, token counts, cost, latency and a correlation id. BlazeRail does not store the content of your prompts or model responses, and runs no language models of its own to train on them. The opt-in Memory feature is the one exception: it stores the facts you choose to save and uses your own retrieval activity to improve ranking within your account only, never pooled with other customers' data.

What we share. Prompts and uploads are forwarded to the upstream providers that serve each request, only as needed to answer it. We do not sell personal data. Subprocessors and their locations are listed in the full text.

Retention. Usage metadata is retained for billing, abuse prevention and the published per-model performance figures. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights. Access, correction, export and deletion under UK GDPR: write to [email protected] and we answer within one month. BlazeRail is operated by Delta Edge Capital, registered in the United Kingdom.
